After three sessions with an Equine Specialist and a Mental Health Professional, one of my clients with a diagnosis of PTSD, ceased to experience dissociation and violent nightmares. His isolation and psychic numbing greatly improved, as did his self-control. He reported significant reduction in depressive symptoms, anxiety and perceived stress.
